Vitaler's MSM capsules contain methylsulfonylmethane, an organic sulfur compound found naturally in small amounts in some fruits and vegetables. Each capsule provides 700 mg of MSM, with a composition limited to this single active ingredient plus a plant-based capsule shell. At one capsule a day, the pack of 120 capsules lasts about four months. Free from preservatives, flavourings, colourings and added sugar, and suitable for vegans.
